MUNEESWARAN HILL,WAYANAD,KERALA


             Muneeswaran hill situated at the Mananthavady in the Wayanad district of Kerala.When we explore the Wayanad district,some places are frequently comes to our mind like Edakkal caves,Kuruva island,Soochippara falls,and Pokot lake.In the words of a traveller,this place is an unexplored one.


              Muneeswar hills are the grassy type rounded hills,which allows climb with your bike or four wheel drive vehicle.There is a road to the top of the hills,but normal vehicles can’t climb through it,because this road is like an offroad track,which has mud,rocks,and slipways.


         After the journey through tea plantation road,you can reach the hilltop.Don't expect a viewpoint like suicide points here,but it is awesome.The cold climate and foggy wind will give a spectacular experience here.The journey to the hilltop should like,those who like to ride your own vehicle to hill top.This place is a un-popular area,so you can get a calm and quiet environment at Muneeswaran hill.

TIPS

  • Please carry food and water along with you.
  • Avoid bikes,which one has fiber down panels (Yamaha R15,Suzuki Gixxer,etc.).
  • No entry fee here,as well as no security precaution.Therefore you are your security,Keep it in mind.
  • The road going through tea plantations,so Don't try to pluck anything and don't throw wastes.
  • Sometimes you can see the electric fences.Don't try to touch it.
